VAT Exclusion

All listed prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be applied as per the applicable rate.

Travel and Accommodation Surcharge

For locations outside Lagos and Ogun States, additional charges will apply to cover flight and hotel expenses. These costs will be calculated and communicated upon confirmation of booking.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the balance due before the course date. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or a secure online payment portal

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the course date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
  • No shows on the day of the course will incur a 100% charge.

Date of Availability

  • Course Dates: Course availability is subject to scheduling. Please provide at least 2 weeks’ notice when booking your preferred dates.
  • Scheduling Flexibility: We will confirm available dates based on our current calendar. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred dates.
  • Rescheduling: If a booked date needs to be changed, please notify us at least 5 days in advance. Rescheduling requests made with less than 5 days’ notice may incur additional charges, depending on availability.
