01Our services

We provide digital advertising, social media management, website design and management, PR distribution and publications, SEO, content marketing, branding, CRM and AI integration, and business consultation. The exact scope, timelines and fees for each job are set out in the proposal, quote or invoice we send you. Where that document differs from these terms, the document wins for that job.

02Quotes and payment

• Prices are in Naira and exclude 7.5% VAT unless stated.
• Invoices are payable within 3 days unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Work starts once payment, or an agreed deposit, is received.
• Retainers are billed in advance each month and renew until either side gives 30 days' written notice.

03Publications and third-party platforms

Press releases and sponsored articles are published by independent media houses. Each publication has its own editorial rules and may edit, reject or remove content. We will tell you about any known restrictions before you pay. We do not control indexing, ranking or how long a third party keeps an article online.

04Advertising results

We plan and manage campaigns to reach agreed targets, but results depend on budgets, platforms and market conditions. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales or followers.

05Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information, approvals and materials on time.
• Make sure the content, logos and images you give us are yours to use.
• Review drafts and give feedback within the agreed time; delays on your side may move the delivery date.

06Revisions, cancellations and refunds

Each job includes the revision rounds stated in its proposal. Extra changes are billed separately. Once work has started or content has gone live, fees are not refundable. If you cancel before work starts, we may keep any costs already paid to third parties.

07Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables made for you (designs, website content, written articles). We keep ownership of our tools, templates, code libraries and methods, and may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

08Website access and hosting

For websites we build or manage, you keep ownership of your domain and content. On request, and once all invoices are paid, we will hand over admin access and a handover document.

09Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and share it only with staff and partners who need it to do the work.

10Limit of liability

Our total liability for any job is limited to the fees you paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or the actions of third-party platforms and media houses.

11Using this website

Do not misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or copy its content without permission. Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

12Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with its date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction.
