Evaluate Media & Softwares Ltd (RC 1613504) ("Evaluate") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through evaluate.ng and our services, why, and your rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

We do not collect card numbers on our website.

- To reply to enquiries and send quotes and proposals
- To deliver the services you buy and manage your account
- To send invoices and keep financial records required by law
- To send our newsletter and marketing updates, only if you agree; you can unsubscribe at any time
- To improve our website and services
Our lawful bases are your consent, the contract between us, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running and growing the business.
03Who we share it with
We never sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Tools that help us run the business, such as Zoho (accounting, CRM, email campaigns), Google Workspace and Google Analytics, Meta (WhatsApp Business and ads)
- Media houses and platforms, when a job needs it (for example, a press release you asked us to publish)
- Regulators or authorities, when the law requires it
Some of these tools store data outside Nigeria. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the NDPA allows.
04How long we keep it
We keep client and billing records for 6 years for tax and accounting purposes. Enquiries that do not become clients are kept for up to 2 years. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
05How we protect it
Access is limited to staff who need it, accounts are password protected, and our website uses SSL encryption.
06Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, stop using it for marketing, or send it to you in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
07Cookies
Our website uses cookies to work properly and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work without them.
08Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with its date.
